The apartment, very bright, has been totally renovated by the famous Roman architect Carlo Stabili with quality materials and luxuriously furnished with modern furniture of high design.
Two double bedrooms with exterior views of Borgo Pio, and views of the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo, equipped with every comfort: wall mounted televisions Samsung LED HD 40”full, air conditioning H / C, free wi-fi, safes, cabinets, fine linens, real down conforter and pillows , leather bed frame and equipped with the latest in mattress topper.
A living room of 26sqm with double sofa bed (with comfortable mattress 18cm), round table with six chairs from refined design, full HD LED TV Samsung 40 ”, free wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchenette and elegant equipped with all appliances (fridge, induction burners, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave), pots and dishes of high quality Bialetti, dishes prestigious Vietri ceramics Solimene (also available for purchase), Nespresso coffee.
As welcome gift we will offer some refreshments and foods ready as well as everything needed for cleaning the apartment including electric broom. It ‘also included the iron with a specific axis.
Two luxurious bathrooms, the first with two windows has a bathtub, shower, hair dryer and everything you need for personal hygiene (soap, shampoo and shower gel); linen of fine quality includes two face towels, two large shower towels, two guest towels, and a mat. This bath is reserved to a bedroom and the living room.
The second bathroom for the exclusive use and access of the other double room of 30 square meters, is equipped with a spacious shower and is also equipped with all the amenities.
The apartment can accommodate in maximum comfort and independence 4 to 6 people or two distinct pairs.
After the fourth guest there is an extra charge of € 50 per person at night.

The apartment lies at the gates of the Vatican, overlooking the historic Borgo Pio, built by Pope Pius IV, which links Castel Sant’Angelo to the Vatican. The apartment has access to a very spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the Dome and it is possible to rest in a comfortable gazebo with tables and chairs to enjoy the sun of Rome.

Undergroud Station about 500m; Station Rome-San Pietro, (underfround connection Stazione Termini, Tiburtina station and directly from Fiumicino Airport with a change in Trastevere), bus and taxi station at 150 meters, all within walking distance.
